Alright people I'm tired of hearing about it so here's the straight up deal. We recorded one show at Nick's, to do this we had to basically haul a studio with delicate equipment in the back of a sound truck, (some things did end up a little damaged in transit)after a long afternoon of trying to make it work we actually pulled most of what we needed off. We ended up with roughly one hour and fifteen minutes of one show recorded and due to damages/problems and rushing around to fix them honestly some of the stuff is not recorded as well as I would like. I have spent many many hours working on this to make sure that you guys will not be getting a pile of crap, I want this to be the best thing you've ever heard from Velveeta. And I assure you it will be, if it means recording a couple more shows to make sure you get the best we have to offer so be it. If it means you'll have to wait a little longer to get your downloads I would hope that you could handle the wait without resorting to childish trashing because you didn't get your free songs in the time you have allotted for us to do this. Contrary to what some people may think we do have other things that require our time, we don't have a staff of fifty people working on this, we have one (that would be me). I'm doing what I can when I can. We promised you music, you shall have music, when it's done and done right.

look everyone, a recording of a live show was done in march. the end of the world will remain far off if it doesn't come to fruition. people having concerns when they are baited and left out, will complain. a good resolution may entail a velveeta band member explaining the delay. i can understand the fan's frustration if the band members' job is the band. i will still be at the next show, because my group has fun. maybe i'll bootleg the show, and put it up on my website...

I was in a little market and heard one of the songs that you play....of course you play it much, much better, but it brought back great cheesy memories.
