Mike,
I know you probably get a lot of emails from girls that have seen you perform, but I thought I'd drop an email anyway. I was the girl on New Year's Eve at Nick's Fat City that said that you were adorable. Brian's wife, Courtney and I talked a little bit and if not for my drunk friends, we might have met again later at your band party. She said you guys are playing in New Castle this weekend, but unfortunately that's a little too far for me. But when you get back to Pittsburgh, maybe we'll meet again. Thanks for a great concert!

Second thing...hey cheese...somone one is trying to tread on your 80's territory....I came across a want ad for musicians looking to do the 80's thing. Someone mentioned you guys and said it's already been done..and they said since you only play once a month in the burgh, their idea will work. It may, but to claim themselves as the ultimate 80's party band...that is just unjust. Blasphemy! We all know who the ultimate 80's party band is.....don't we people?

Tickets are still available for the New Year's Eve show, but you can no longer get them from us. They are only available at Nick's Fat City. Their information can be found at www.nicksfatcity.com.

Tickets are $15. The doors will open at 8pm. 120 Minutes will be entertaining you early in the night with alternative hits from the late 80's and early 90's. Velveeta will take the stage at the usual time of 10:15. And don't forget that throughout the night we will be raffling off random cheese memorabilia including an autographed guitar.

We hope to see you there!

It's Official...I'VE BEEN BASHED IN THE GUESTBOOK!!!! This is the greatest day of my life. Everything I do from this point on, will no longer matter. What a joyous occasion. Ahh.....anyhow, lets see why am I here? Oh I haven't been here for a while, so I thought I would do some readin since I have a little downtime here at work. And as always, I'm busting a gut...this is too much :o) But I do have to point out a few things...the little guy that I mentioned, I was not bashing..my old roommate knows him, as do most of my other friends, and he's a pretty cool guy. I see him at a lot of the Velveeta shows. And thanks for the compliment on my singing entry #1297. But I do have to clarify one thing, it's not the the Cheese let's me sing, I never ask them, and I don't expect to. I love the 80s, and when I was first turned on to Velveeta by a friend, he told me to ask them and viola (that's supposed to be french, but I don't know how to put that hicky majig on the top of the one vowel) Anyhow, I really do enjoy going to see the guys, and I enjoy getting a chance to chat with them between sets. I think I do owe them a whole lot of drinks for inviting me (key word, inviting) up on stage. It's a rush and something I want to do (something in the works, so never fear, and who knows, maybe the cheese will let me open some night.) Ok, nuff said. And as for entry 1298, curious person you, I am they guy in the yellow shirt up front. Rita, get it right, I'm not a dork, I'm a tool. But I'm not coming up with anything funny at this time so I'll just stop....

Oh before I forget, let's all give a Velveeta Happy Birthday to Carrie, who's B-day is Friday. HAPPY BIRTHDAY Carrie! (if you're reading this, remember, I DJ Friday and can't hang, so it's gotta be Thursday or Saturday...call me, I'm in your phone....oooh..that's kinda creepy....)

Ok, I just had a thought....oh I know, Hey Brian, when you guys actually do get your second CD done, you know the real thing that you guys will be happy with, can I get an autographed copy, that way I can hang it next to my Autographed Bon Jovi Cd, My Debbie Peterson autographed Bangles CD, and my Trish Stratus WWE Cd? It would fit in just right.

Chuck....too much time on my hands....hey that's an 80's song....nah wouldn't fit in with the cheese...althought I did think of a few songs that would....

Jenn,
You must think you are so "Kuhl". (<-----THAT was a PUN). No he/she thing going on here. Definite gender actualization going on with the lovely one, my dear.

I'm not trying to monopolize....just trying to raise the bar a little and make it interesting and FUN. why not bring that same vibe the boys create on stage into this forum? Am I off base?

you are too kind.....but I am still a Grasshoppa'. I have yet to snatch a pebble from my masters hand.

Am I a formal member of the band,......NO. An informal member of the band,.......not quite. I play a mean triangle if that counts for anything.

My own guestbook,....now there is an idea!! But would you all visit the Lovely One from time to time? I would miss the witty banter amongst the fans.

wow the power of one he/she to monopolize an entire guestbook. Rita you are a true master. So are you in the band? Do you even play an instrument? Most of your entries dont even relate to Velveeta. why not start your own guestbook?

All right I'll give you the truth on the CD we owe you that.....

The CD we planned is done, it's been done for quite awhile the only problem is,,,,,,,,it's not so good. I mentioned the problems we had earlier on in this guestbook. We had such grand schemes (a homecoming CD release a Christmas double disc 5.1 version) but alas the performance/recording did not match our standards. So hopefully within the next week or so I'll put up, for download, what would/could have been Velveeta Live II. This however is not to be at all associated with what will actually be Velveeta Live II which will happen in the near future (with later 5.1 release, for real).

Our goal is to be able to get you an actual CD, with artwork and everything for the true and valued Velveeta fans. I'll put up on the site, what I can, as long as you promise to understand that it is not Velveeta's true vision!!!! We cool?

Rita----I knew it wasn't you at all. You wouldn't make comments like that. I sensed somewhere along the line someone wasn't being very grown up. That entry didn't scream wit and intelligence. I think it sucks that people have so much Rita envy, that must regress to kindergarten tactics in the cheese guestbook of all places. You still rock girl and imitation is the sincerest form of flattery.

Bones,
I have to apologize for the assmunch on entry #1299 who posted something with my identity. Since I had field assignment today and had no way to access the internet or this website today, until now, I find is a huge surprise that I found a post under my name at 2:29 pm, Dec 4th. SO............

to those of you, fans and band members who were offended, I'm sorry but it wasn't me. To the simple FAQer(s) who assume(s) other peoples identity, faQ off!!

I have been a fan of Velveeta for quite a long time. I've enjoyed the shows and the other fans. If someone in this forum has a bone to pick with me, confront me....otherwise, cut the petty bullshit and enjoy the Cheese!

So when can we plan on the new CD?? It has been too long in the making. Your fans are becoming restless and need the CD?

I don't know who this guy is using my name in the guestbook. I own all licenses and copyrights to the name Brian this guy is just trying to get at my mojo.......... My guess is it's not the real Bones either, I can't speak on that however.......
We have much more fun just hanging back to watching what you guys are all about, rather than actually participating. This guestbook has become much more entertaining than anything we could do. Continue on!!!

Okay, okay, enough of this s%@t. I think anyone who has read even a little of this has decided they don't care what is being said.

So, Velveeta, anything new in the works...such as another CD. I realize it's time consuming and all, but I am so ready. Well, when it comes, make it good, as I am sure it will be.

Thanks for all the good times thus far, and the many more to come.

Bones and Brian are right. Let's all just shut up unless you're going to praise the band.

This is suppose to be a guestbook for the band. No one cares about people's stupid opinions about the fans as well as people's stupid inside jokes. Long live the cheese!
